Clinical Approach
In working with you as an individual or as a couple, I will assess your situation with you - where you're stuck, what your strengths are - and provide you with a written treatment plan that you approve before we go further. We'll then focus on you learning the skills you need to make the changes you want, in an atmosphere of support and encouragement - and always with feedback from me to help you move forward.
